Welcome to my corner of the web. My name is Bill, and I’m a Pittsburgh-based writer, marketing consultant, website developer, and communications project manager.

I’m also a proud father, sports fanatic, amateur photographer, and unabashed promoter of  Pittsburgh (and western Pennsylvania in general).

I’ve been clicking away on a keyboard on and off for the past 40 years, but I’ve been fluent in Pittsburgheze for my entire life. If you’re not sure what Pittsburgheze is, you can find out more here and here. Needless to say, it is more than a dialect, it is a way of life. When you hear Pittsburgheze, it signifies that the person speaking hails from a very unique place in this world.

While this site is named “Pittsburgheze.com,” it’s really just a fun place to house my portfolio, some photography, and a few other pet projects. (My business lived on the internet for about 15 years as “wordshark.com,” until a nice offer was made for that domain by a language therapy company in Great Britain.)

So, whether you’re researching linguistic techniques in pursuit of rhetorical knowledge, or just someone looking for a chipped ham sammich from Jynt Igle, I thank yinz for stopping by!
